  • How many devices does AniVPN support simultaneously?

    We are supporting 5 devices at the same time, for example 5 mobile phones. When the connection of the sixth device is detected, the first device logged in will automatically disconnect.

  • Is AniVPN reliable?

  • How can I extend the duration of the plan I purchased?

  • Why does the email login failed?

    Try not to select capital letters when inserting your email address for login. All English letters should be in lowercase, with no spacing in between.

  • Which server network is the fastest?

    There is no network that performs absolutely fast. The speed of connection may differ in different regions, due to having different network gateways and telecommunications companies. You can always switch to different server networks, and visit Youtube to test out the speed of video streaming.

  • The server network shows signs of delay, what is happening?

    To solve your problem you must first try switching to other server networks, then go on Youtube to check the speed of video streaming. Given that there is indeed no network that performs absolutely fast. The speed of connection may differ in different regions, due to having different network gateways and telecommunications companies.

    Besides, it is also possible that the router in your community/region has intermittent connection with specific server network in foreign countries. There are similar issues happened before, as certain areas’ connection with Japan server networks will be lagging, while some shows problems with the connection with server networks in the US, but they are settled within 1-2 days.

  • Can I request a refund for all plans provided?

    All plans purchased through our official website, can be refunded within 7 days, which counts from the day the application is purchased. Unfortunately, if you happened to buy our plans through the Apple iOS system with your Apple ID, you will not be able to enjoy the refund offered by our official website. For any enquiries, please contact Apple via http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  • How do I request a refund?

    First, the plan you purchased must be qualified for a refund, just as what is stated in the question above. You can then register for a refund through Customer Service, please mention the following when drafting the message: (1) Your registered account email, (2) the screenshot of your payment (your Alipay payment record or Credit Card payment record). Please beware that if the order is paid by credit card, the amount refunded may deduct the administrative charges from the Credit Card companies.

  • Will my browsing history be kept by AniVPN?
